This is actually a summary of the Razorfish report, provided by Guy Kawasaki. I was particularly intrigued by the finding that people are willing to buy multiple handheld devices, even with overlapping capabilities, in order to get the optimal experience they want for a specific function -- e.g., email, music-playing, etc.
