Allway Sync: Free File Synchronization Software
I've only just used this once, but so far I'm really loving it. The set up was so intuitive, giving a small bubble with an arrow and instructions telling you what to click first and how to sync. I'm no dummy, but it helps sometimes to be treated like one when I don't have time to learn new software. This took all of 3 minutes from install to the beginning of my first sync!
