Jobs talks strategy / Apple OS, browser more Windows-friendly
The move could free developers from creating multiple versions of the same program for different cell phone models in the future. It also ensures that, if something goes wrong with a program, the cell phone and network won't go down, too, said Chris Messina, a Web 2.0 entrepreneur.
