Brian Suda on CSS3's :target selector. Gecko wins on the Mac: Camino 1.5 and Firefox 2 get this right, OmniWeb 5.6 and Safari 3 get it partly right, while Opera 9.2.6 not yet. Haven't tried it on the PC.
