SurfRabbit
This is a handy plugin for Safari, similar to Platypus for Firefox. You can customize web pages to eliminate content you don't want (lame sidebars, etc.) and that view will be applied in the future. Not as powerful as Platypus, but great for trimming down other people's pages for your enjoyment.
